Every AI feature draws from one allowance a month, sized for a full day of use every day. The app and your account page show how much is left.

The key that unlocks it lives only on your devices and in your recovery code. Without Sync, a backup folder still moves everything between devices, for free. The privacy policy has the rest.

- The server only stores and passes on what it can’t read.
- Every device keeps its full copy and works offline. Sync just carries what changed.
The AI is part of Plus.
No keys and no setup. Turn a feature on and it works on every device. A request goes through Driff’s relay to OpenAI and back. Driff keeps only what it cost; OpenAI doesn’t train on it, and may keep it up to 30 days to check for abuse. AI requests can’t be end-to-end encrypted, since the model has to read them, so only what each feature needs is sent.
How do I start?
Choose a plan above. You sign in with your email, with a code instead of a password, and pay on Stripe’s page. Then, in Driff on each device: Settings → Account, signed in with the same email.
Will the free version stay free?
Yes. Everything Driff does on one device, every plugin and the Focus timer included, stays free, with no account. Sync and the AI are the paid parts, because they cost something to run.
How does the free trial work?
An account’s first Plus is free for 14 days, one trial for each email address. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged; we email you three days before it does.
What if I use up the AI allowance?
The AI rests until the next month starts, and everything else keeps working. The allowance sits well above what a busy week uses; it’s there so the price can stay where it is.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is lost. Each device keeps its own full copy, so Driff carries on as the free version. Your devices stop updating each other, and the AI features switch off.
How does yearly work?
You pay once a year: $36 for Sync and $96 for Plus, a quarter and a third off the monthly price.
